The Baby Ganesh Detective Agency Series, by Vaseem Khan. The first in the series is 'The Unexpected Inheritance of Inspector Chopra'. If you've ever read The No 1 Ladies' Detective Agency series, it's a bit like that, only it takes place in Mumbai. Absolutely brilliant.
HI, I'm curently reading The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks, really good so far. another good one is Bellevue Square by Micahel Redhill (this year's Giller winner). 15 Dogs by Andre Alexis was also good.
I forgot that was a book (The Immortal Life). I listened to a podcast about her life about a year ago and it was so interesting! Thank you for the reminder and the other book recommendations. Also! Nice to hear from you again :)
